If you have received confirmation that your presentation has been included in the program, you should now register. Complete and submit this form to provide us with your details and preferences for the workshop (you will receive an email confirmation that your form has been received). Then proceed to the payment information page to get the details on how to transfer the appropriate funds to us.
If you don’t have a confirmed presentation but still want to attend please contact the committee about this before registering (this does not apply to partners/spouses of presenters).
