Registration

1. Follow the link at the bottom of this page to fill out and submit the registration form online;
2. You will then proceed to the Payment Information page, where details on how to pay (via bank transfer) are provided.

The registration fee for the MSW09 Workshop includes accommodation, meals as well as the conference costs (including field trip). These are to be paid via payment information page (link after registration form). Before you register and pay for the workshop, please make sure to have your delegate identification code (in the form MSW09-000X). This code was provided in your abstract acceptance notification. If you did not submit an abstract and still wish to attend, please contact us and we will provide you with an identification code. The prices below are all in Euro.

Children

When sharing room with two adults, children under 14 are staying free of charge for extra bed and meal. When one child under 14 is sharing room with one adult, single room rate is applied. When two children under 14 are sharing room with one adult, double room rate is applied. Children accommodation and payment should be arranged in direct contact with a hotel after 1st July.

During the MSW09, delegates will be lodged at the Hotel Amfora (Hvar), where the Workshop event will take place.

Should you choose the “single room, student” option, you will be lodged in a nearby hotel – Hotel Palace (Hvar) – about 5 mins walking distance from the Hotel Amfora.

Extra days in the hotel

MSW09 participants have a special offer if they wish to stay extra days in Hvar (September 3–5 and 11–13). Prices are: for Hotel Amfora - 120 EUR (single room + breakfast per day)/140 EUR (double room + breakfast per day), for Hotel Palace: 90 EUR (single room + breakfast per day)/100 EUR (double room + breakfast per day).

Extra days should be arranged directly with the hotel management after July 1, 2009 (http://www.suncanihvar.com/).
